Requirements:

Ntare Louisenlund is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain and support the school’s technology infrastructure. This role ensures that staff and students have reliable access to digital tools that enhance learning and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
- Assist in maintaining secure and efficient IT systems
- Support classroom technology and digital learning platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in IT support or systems administration
- Knowledge of network systems, devices, and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
